7 Night Ancient Wisdom Ayahuasca Retreat

Dedicate an entire week to your personal growth, healing, self love and self work. We will be working with Ancient Indigenous wisdom and healing practices, to close cycles, create space and perspective to manifest the next cycle in our lives. The purpose of this retreat is to liberate stagnant energies and release self limiting beliefs, enveloping ourselves in self love allowing self exploration and time to reflect on where we are in our life's path. Expect daily diverse movement practices such as Yoga, Breathwork, Ecstatic dance, Art workshops, Musical workshops and Workshops with Indigenous representatives from the Kogui tribe. 2 x Ayahuasca ceremonies are included with our expert Curandera, Eliana. ,

-7 nights of accommodation with a choice of shared dormitories to private cabins

The Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta is known as ‘el corazón del mundo’ or the ‘heart of the world ', it boasts the highest coastal mountain range in the world, being recognised as one of the most biodiverse places for species of birds in the world! Expect to see the snow-capped mountains from the beach, it is home for many species such as the Toucan, Hummingbird, Guacamaya parrot, Howler Monkeys and Jaguar. The Sierra Nevada mountains are renowned for their healing capabilities, 4 indigenous communities and snow capped coastal mountain range, it is energetically a very powerful and healing place. We work in sustainable tourism, our objective being to represent the Sierra Nevada mountains and Caribbean coast of Colombia with its rich and diverse culture. We work with locals and have the honor of collaborating with the local indigenous towns of the Sierra Nevada mountains. We work with ancestral healing practices from all over the world.

3 healthy complete and colorful Vegetarian or vegan meals are provided each day, our expert Colombian chef uses local produce, local tropical fruits, and vegetables. Expect balanced nutritious and delicious meals accompanied by a delicious natural daily detox juice/ smoothie. Coffee and Tea available throughout the day. Our Chefs are experts in preparing the Ayahuasca Diet. .
